JOB OVERVIEW

  • Reporting to the Asset and Lifecycle Manager, the Asset and Lifecycle Strategist will have a deep understanding of ISO55001 and SFG20 maintenance standards, and will be responsible for analysing asset and lifecycle data, preparing Condition and Asset reports including but not limited to Forward Maintenance Registers, Asset Registers and Annual Condition Reports, using PowerBI and SQL queries.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL and preferably PowerBI.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO55001 and SFG20 maintenance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in asset management or related fields, or willingness to acheive certification.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability engineering.
Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to asset performance and lifecycle. Generate detailed reports with SQL to support decision-making processes, visualised in PowerBI.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with ISO55001 and SFG20 standards.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies based on data analysis to enhance asset reliability and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all asset management activities comply with ISO55001 and SFG20 standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of asset management practices. Provide training and support on ISO55001 and SFG20 standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in asset management.
