ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current and valid driver’s licence.
  • Qualifications in a project management, building, engineering, asset management, asset maintenance, facility management or related field or equivalent industry experience in a similar role.
    To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Asset Maintenance Coordinator Officer keeps the Office’s facilities running smoothly by leading everything from planned and preventative maintenance to urgent repairs and lifecycle upgrades. They are the lead for managing the asset maintenance system, making sure it’s user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with broader strategies. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, they juggle tight budgets, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder needs to deliver high-quality outcomes—on time and within scope. Whether it’s coordinating work programs, resolving supplier issues, or spotting risks before they become problems, this role is all about keeping operations efficient, safe, and future-ready.
