You will join a newly formed team and work with advanced automation technology, making this an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about continuous improvement, technical leadership, and hands‑on problem solving. Your Impact: Ensure optimal performance and availability of automated warehouse assets across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain operational continuity Lead and support corrective maintenance, system modifications, and performance improvement initiatives Provide technical leadership during system outages and emergency escalations Analyse asset performance data to improve maintenance strategies, spares holdings, and system reliability Support Root Cause Analysis activities and contribute to long‑term service and maintenance planning Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S standards and CMMS reporting requirements What makes you a great fit?
