In this role, you will support our Asset Management Platform (AMP) and partner closely with Asset Managers and leadership to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve how we use information to drive decisions. What You Will Do Asset Management Platform (AMP) Support Monitor data migration and validate accuracy within systems Assist with ongoing data integrity reviews and issue resolution Coordinate testing of new features with Asset Management team members Gather and document feedback from AMP users Organize and aggregate feedback for communication to project leads Support implementation and tracking of team wish list items, including new features and enhancements Asset Management Support – Stabilized Assist SVP with special reporting, including investor and ad hoc reports Support AMP Asset Managers with reporting and data-related requests Perform financial calculations for monthly watchlist updates (calculation only) Assist with quarterly reporting cleanup, including Occupancy, Reserves, Operating Reserve Requests, and Quarterly Status Reports Asset Management Support – Development Assist SVP with investor and ad hoc reporting Support development-related reporting needs for Asset Managers Assist with monthly construction draws, occupancy reports, and equity installment packages Support initial setup and ongoing data integrity within database systems Assist with collection, review, and follow-up on required reporting (rent rolls, tenant files, financials, budgets, tax returns, audits) Assist with quarterly reporting, including construction-only profiles, short profiles, and benefits schedules Reporting & Data Responsibilities Perform audit and budget mappings Send and track reporting cleanup projects Maintain and update data within CREALink Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems Assist with preparation of quarterly short reports Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, business, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset management, finance, or a role involving reporting, tracking, and data support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Experience working with data management systems Core Competencies Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to identify data discrepancies and support resolution of routine and moderately complex issues Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to receive, monitor, and follow through on requests, projects, and reporting requirements to completion Ability to prioritize and manage workload while meeting deadlines Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently with appropriate guidance Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and producing high-quality work product Our Values We work as a family, investing in each other, worthy causes, and the communities we serve. Responsibilities
The analyst will support the Asset Management Platform (AMP) by monitoring data migration, validating accuracy, coordinating testing, and gathering user feedback for system enhancements. Additionally, they will assist Asset Managers and leadership with various reporting tasks, financial calculations for watchlist updates, and quarterly reporting cleanup across stabilized and development portfolios.
