Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or real estate, preferred

Qualifications: Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or lease administration.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of legal documents related to real estate and knowledge of preparation and explanation of financial reports.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with computerized property management software.
  • Experience with negotiation of contracts.
  • Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of all asset leases, renews leases in timely manner, evaluates lease terms, tenant and landlord relations on a daily basis including assisting the Asset Manager in lease negotiations as landlord and tenant.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation activities regarding the portfolio including assisting landlords with lease obligations, , working with environmental contractors and serving as a liaison for property issues between internal departments and external contacts.
  • Responsible for maintaining the database with complete and accurate real estate records/documents/exhibits/Landlord contact information. Daily management of real estate documents associated with ownership.
  • Manage arrangements for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of properties/operating & non-operating storesas specified in lessee’s agreement.
  • Assist with due diligence requests and execution of reciprocal easement agreements both public and private.
  • Support the Asset Manager in creating a long-term strategy for operating assets that are aligned with organizational goals.
