OVERVIEW:

A leading global aviation material and service provider is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Asset Management Analyst to join its team in Dublin. This role involves working closely with the Asset Management department to evaluate assets, enhance data models, and support strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Third-level degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an analytics-focused role; aviation industry experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and their application to business challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely and accurate asset evaluations and appraisals.
  • Manage and maintain asset evaluation models, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s database.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing models and asset evaluation processes.
  • Use analytics to uncover inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance the functionality of the company’s ERP platform.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards to visualise ERP data for internal stakeholders.
