We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Asset Management team, as the Asset Management Analyst. You will be responsible for daily AM tasks, everyday business coordination and preparing analyses under the leadership of the Head of Asset Management. You will have clear tasks and development targets that will help prepare you for progression within the AM team.

WHAT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• Knowledge of physical retail assets from an operational, valuation and positioning aspect (asset and store layout, tenants, lease structures, ownership structure and strategy)
• Advanced analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Excel (e.g. use of financial functions, database and search functions, pivot tables) and Powerpoint skills
• Ability to plan project tasks and activities
• Sense of commitment, ability to work under pressure and be focused
• Responsiveness, agility and anticipation
• An understanding of how retail works in the field (theory vs. pragmatism/real life)
• Knowledge of the customers (retailers and consumers)
• The capacity to take a broad perspective and a detailed view on topics, and the ability/willingness to switch between them
• Experience from and understanding of working with/in different countries and cultures
• Understanding of differences between regions to foster common culture within URW
• Capable of building strong relationships with varied stakeholders across the business
