We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Asset Manager and Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance JV Team working on the Ara Tūhono Pūhoi to Warkworth project.
As the technical lead, you will oversee asset and maintenance scheduling, manage the RAMM database, and lead the quality system. You’ll ensure compliance with asset standards, response times, and maintain records on asset data, condition ratings, and maintenance actions.

Responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in asset management and maintenance, with experience leading technical initiatives in infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or a relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • At least five years of operational experience in asset management and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of highway maintenance, especially in high-density traffic environments
  • Familiarity with Road Asset Maintenance Management (RAMM) systems is considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, and members of the public.
  • Comfortable leading technical aspects of the project and providing support to the wider team in implementing maintenance strategies.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to develop additional skills and knowledge as project demands evolve.
