Description
- Overseeing day to day asset management activities for real estate assets acquired on behalf of real estate funds (Asset class includes office, residential, retail, logistics, hotel, and other) - Creating, monitoring, and modifying Business Plans for investments to achieve optimum results for the fund - Communication with property managers, leasing agents, brokerage firms on leasing and disposition of assets pursuant to Business Plans - Valuation / underwriting support including market research - Execution and closing support (both acquisition and disposition) - At least 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry.
