• Provide second-line support for end users with subject matter questions about the applications in your domain.
• Configure our asset management system (Ultimo) to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop alternative solutions and determine their impact in line with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee system and process modifications, evaluating results to ensure desired improvements.
