Title: Asset Management Distribution & Reporting Consultants (Pipeline role)Location: Remote - US
Type: Permanent or Subcontractor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication, time management, and client-facing skills
  • Deep knowledge of asset management distribution and investment management workflows, data, and systems
  • Experience creating high-quality deliverables and facilitating workshops
  • Understanding of asset management product vehicles: institutional and retail separately managed accounts (SMAs), ETFs, CITs, UCITs, Mutual Funds, GP/LPs

  • Asset Management Intermediary Distribution Data: broker dealer data packs, ISS Market Intelligence – MarketPro Suite, FINTRX, SS&C – WalletShare & SalesConnect, Broadridge
  • CRM Administration: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Sales & Relationship Management: client journeys & sales process optimization, institutional & intermediary hierarchy, RFP management
  • Marketing: social media & digital marketing, thought leadership management, advertising & sales material development
  • Investor Relations: investor lifecycle management, fund raising management, capital calls & distributions, investor reporting, investor requests & case management
  • Client Reporting Tool Expertise: FactSet VRS, SimCorp Client Reporting Solution, Kurtosys, Assett

  • Independently produce deliverables and SME content that is ready for client distribution
  • Conducts research to answer questions and produce relevant client materials
