Responsibilities Asset Management – Executive Omnicom Global Solutions, India Asset Management Executive play a critical role in managing end‑to‑end creative workflows and digital asset operations for global clients. This role ensures timely delivery of creative assets, maintains strong coordination across cross‑functional teams, and supports efficient traffic, clearance, and asset management processes. Location - Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Gurugram/Coimbatore This is an exciting role and would entail you to Manage multiple creative projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate with creative, production, media, and account teams to optimize workflows and manage traffic schedules Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) by ingesting, organizing, classifying, and maintaining properly tagged assets Defining and maintaining metadata standards (tags, keywords) for accurate categorization and searchability. Ensure metadata accuracy, brand compliance, asset security, and regulatory standards within the DAM system Assist in building and maintaining a searchable digital library of images and videos Monitor workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support process adherence and team training Navigating licensing agreements, tracking expiration dates, and managing usage rights to reduce risk. Demonstrate strong proactiveness by anticipating issues, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. Overseeing the ingestion, quality assurance (QA), and archival of new and existing creative content. Qualifications This may be the right role for you if you have 3–6 years’ experience in creative operations, traffic management, or digital asset management Strong understanding of advertising trafficking, clearance processes, and creative delivery lifecycles Experience with DAM platforms (e.g., Widen, Brandfolder, Bynder, Veeva, AEM) and basic Adobe tools Excellent communication, organization, and multi‑tasking skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, global environment Why Join Us?
