As a Client Advisor in the Japan Funds Business, you will actively engage with established clients and seek innovative ways to expand our client base. You will utilize our market-leading technology and CRM system to create detailed client contacts that help our Sales and Investment teams identify new opportunities. Our business focuses on selling investment products through non-affiliated intermediaries, such as securities firms and banks, who then offer these products to individual investors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we deliver a first-class client experience and manage our business ethically and compliantly. You will be responsible for building and deepening strong business partnerships with assigned intermediaries, including retail banks and securities firms, to gain market share. Your proactive communication with employees at all levels within these intermediaries will help explore sales and promotional activities. You will also analyze industry developments to translate them into business opportunities and work effectively with internal teams to achieve overall business objectives. Job Responsibilities: * Build and deepen strong business partnerships with assigned intermediaries to gain market share. * Communicate proactively with employees at all levels from various intermediaries to explore sales and promotional activities. * Understand and analyze industry developments and translate them into business opportunities. * Prepare business reports and handle business agreement-related issues. * Work effectively with different internal parties and present on the team's behalf. * Achieve overall business objectives as a team, including sales targets and other KPIs. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * University graduate in Business, Finance, or related discipline with a minimum of six years of experience in the financial industry. * Solid intermediary or product background. * Good team player with the ability to work independently. * Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products. * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. * Excellent communication skills in Japanese and a good understanding of English.
