An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Economic Development and Property Division for an Asset Management Surveyor to work as part of a team of property professionals providing valuation and estate management advice across the Council’s property portfolios.
The successful applicant will use their knowledge and expertise to undertake a wide range of valuations, disposals, acquisitions ,landlord and tenant matters and estate management duties on behalf of the Authority who hold an extensive and varied portfolio.
The postholder will also have responsibility for undertaking valuations for statutory accounting requirements ,viability appraisals whilst a key part of the role will involve securing development partners for various strategic projects within the County.
Applicants will either need to be a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or be able to demonstrate that they have significant experience in a property related environment and are working towards completing an RICS accredited APC route.
