In your role as the Asset Manager, you will serve as the primary representative during the entire lifecycle of Q ENERGY's photovoltaic, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) assets in Portugal. You will ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations to enhance the company's management transparency and practice ethical management. Besides this, you will also be responsible for detecting and evaluating potential risks within the company, derive improvement measures to address them fundamentally, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders The aim is to guarantee that Q ENERGY's renewable energy projects are managed to the highest standards! Your Responsibilities Internal Control Management: Verify the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring compliance with company regulations, policies, and plans, and conducting decision-making processes in accordance with delegation and authorization standards Review the accuracy of financial records and calculations, analyze the appropriateness of expense usage Conduct asset management checks for inventory, fixed assets, and cash on hand, ensuring alignment with company management records Process Improvement: Objectively analyze business processes to derive and propose effective and efficient improvement measures Risk Management: Check compliance with relevant regulations during business operations, proactively prevent management risks such as employee misconduct Management Performance Analysis: Analyze management performance, long-term plans, etc., to evaluate company profitability and competitiveness Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in renewable energy, ideally with a proven track record in asset management of PV, wind, or BESS projects. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers. Strong interest and technical curiosity in the renewable energy sector and the ability to manage a wide variety of subjects. You are fluent in English and Portuguese; any additional language is considered a plus.
