POSITION SUMMARY

The Asset Manager plays a critical role in maximizing portfolio performance, executing business plans, and driving the operational success of assigned communities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for third-party property managers, ensures leasing and operational goals are met or exceeded, and contributes to the overall strategic direction and profitability of the portfolio. The Asset Manager reports to senior leadership and collaborates closely with property managers, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance community performance and resident satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, property management, or real estate investment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple assets across diverse markets.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or RealPage preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for site visits and market tours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
