MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage real estate fund (trust/corporate type) investment assets (focusing on logistics centers) Handle real estate sales and liquidation processes Execute secured loan refinancing Perform fund cash management and execute dividend payouts to beneficiaries Draft investment instructions and asset management reports Communicate with and respond to investors and lenders 담당 업무 부동산 펀드(신탁형/회사형) 투자자산 운용 (main 물류센터) 부동산 매각 및 청산 관련 업무 담보대출 리파이낸싱 펀드 Cash Management 및 수익자 배당처분 운용지시/자산운용보고서 작성 투자자 및 대주 대응 등 Possess 3-7+ years of relevant experience Experience in real estate-related fields at Asset Management Companies (AMC), Securities Firms, LPs, Real Estate Trust Companies, Advisory Firms, Property Management (PM) Firms, Consulting Firms, or Accounting Firms is highly preferred Holders of relevant certifications such as Certified Investment Manager (CIM) or Certified Real Estate Asset Manager are preferred 자격요건 및 우대사항 관련 분야 경력 3~7년 이상 자산운용사, 증권사, LP, 부동산 신탁사, 자문사, PM사, 컨설팅사, 회계법인 등 부동산 유관 업무 경험 우대 투자자산운용사, 자산운용전문인력 등 유관 자격증 소지자 우대 Grow with us – Career growth and learning We believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
