ASSET MANAGER (SLEAFORD RENEWABLE ENERGY PLANT)

Eco2 Management Services Ltd (EMSL) are looking for a full-time Asset Manager to be based at our Sleaford Renewable Energy Plant, Lincolnshire.
This is a key role supporting the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the plant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help manage technical, commercial and regulatory responsibilities, ensure compliance with major contracts, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors and local authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, efficient and compliant performance.
  • Assist in managing and administering key site contracts (e.g. MSA Agreement, O&M Contract, Power Purchase Agreement).
  • Act as a liaison with contractual counterparties, regulators, and local stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with the site Environmental Permit and promote industry-leading health & safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Administrator on high-quality, timely reporting.
  • Monitor contractor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to development projects, including securing planning consents where required.
  • Provide cross-cover support within the site team and contribute to wider business initiatives.
