Graduate / post-graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.

• 10+ years relevant experience
• 5-6 years of Product management segment experience
• Sales and strategy experience an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new opportunities
• Local market knowledge advantage. TBS/ cash management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must

Strong presentation skills

• Deep understanding of the dynamics of Business Banking and Customer Insight
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Able to identify problems, cultivate solutions, and create/deliver presentations to senior management
• Resourceful, self-confident, entrepreneurially focused, creative problem solver with prior experience developing business and operational strategies and can tactically implement proposed recommendations
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, who can think creatively and strategically while building cross-functional and cross-divisional relationships
• Strong analytical and influencing skills required.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills
• Knowledge in market research process
