Our Queensland Transport South Coast (QTSC) team is responsible for managing and maintaining road assets across South East Queensland on behalf of multiple clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead strategic asset management initiatives and drive performance across our road and pavement networks. About the Role As Asset Manager, you will: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Strategic Asset Management Plans. Prepare and execute Ventia’s Asset Management Plans (AMPs) and Tactical Asset Management Plans (TAMPs), including 5-year programs aligned with client contracts. Work closely with operational teams to define and develop inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation programs using a best-for-network approach. Lead and manage the QTSC asset management team, fostering high performance aligned with Ventia’s values. Drive business development and work-winning opportunities in asset management services. Champion a culture of stewardship, treating the network as if it were our own. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Experience & Skills: Experience with asset management experience in road networks, particularly state and federally owned assets. Proficiency with TMR asset management systems, including DTims and budgetary processes. Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, guidelines, and standard drawings.
