Description
Job Responsibilities 1. Physical Asset Management: Responsible for the receipt & inspection, inbound/outbound operations, borrowing/returning, and handover procedures during employee departure/transfer of warehouse materials. Ensure all received items meet on-site requirements and support operational needs. 2. Asset Tag Management: Follow up on the maintenance and update of warehouse asset ledger information, and oversee the generation and placement of asset tags to ensure consistency between the ledger, tags, and physical items. 3. Material Receiving, Issuing & Storage Management: Ensure accurate recording of inbound material information. Manage material outbound operations to ensure requisitions are fulfilled accurately and on time. Conduct regular stock counts to verify physical inventory against system records. 4. Material Reconciliation Management: Be responsible for material reconciliation within the assigned company entity, and ensure timely delivery of receiving/shipping documents. Handle daily material return and exchange processes. 5. Exception Handling: Address operational exceptions, coordinate resolutions promptly, and ensure the smooth progress of material management tasks. Job Requirements 1. Education & Experience: College diploma or above. Minimum 3 years of experience in material management, with preference given to candidates with experience in the same industry. 2. Knowledge: Familiarity with asset management, material management, and supply chain management principles. 3. Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, quick learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
