As Asset Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and delivering performance, availability, and compliance of operational onshore wind assets. You will be the key point of contact between the company and external service providers, overseeing contract execution, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across the fleet.

The main tasks are:

• Ensure regulatory, policy, and internal compliance across all operations.
• Follow up with external service providers overseeing costs and that contractual KPI’s are met.
• Provide clear, data-driven performance reporting to stakeholders and partners.
• Implement targets, budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Manage contracts for all site activities, establish and enforce operational procedures and routines.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Planning Conditions, and operational requirements from grid operators and project contracts.
• Lead projects to improve performance, efficiency, and reduce costs and produce performance reports.
• Communicate with landowners, grid operators, regulators, and service providers as required.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week. Based in Stirling or Glasgow, with hybrid working patterns available.
