We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Project Manager to join our Facilities and Asset team located at Bendigo Hospital in Bendigo, Victoria. Reporting to the Asset Manager you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Assisting in the delivery of strategic asset management outcomes across the Bendigo Hospital Asset portfolio, encompassing projects related to the Annual Works Plan and Five-Year Works Plan.
• Managing asset lifecycle projects including planning and scheduling, procurement, implementation and commissioning of works, and all reporting (including financial) to agreed timelines and budgets.

• Effectively manage time to ensure all duties are completed within required timeframes, as per the Services Specification.Undertake contractor management to ensure safe working practices are met, including safety compliance and undertaking inductions.
