THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. * Loss Prevention Experience: 2-3 years of prior Loss Prevention experience preferred. * Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. * Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. * Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. * Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. *Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION * Hours: Average of 15 hours per week. * The Shift: Evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. * Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). * Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $18.00/HR. Closing Date: The job opportunity will remain posted until we have selected a qualified candidate to fill the position. This is a long term position, NOT a seasonal role. Responsibilities
