Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Asset Protection Responsible, you will be accountable for the implementation, performance and continuous improvement of physical security systems across stores and offices within the Sales Market. Your role is to ensure that people, assets and business operations are protected through reliable, compliant and cost‑effective security solutions aligned with global standards and local requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. You will: Oversee the installation, maintenance and optimization of physical security systems, including CCTV, EAS, access control, intrusion alarms, cash‑handling solutions and safes. Ensure all security systems operate in line with global frameworks, internal policies and local legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate system upgrades, lifecycle management and technical assessments related to store openings, remodels and closures. Manage and collaborate with external security vendors and service providers, securing high performance, compliance and cost efficiency. Monitor system performance, follow up on incidents and technical issues, and drive effective troubleshooting and resolution. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and follow‑up related to system configuration, maintenance, access rights and incidents. Conduct security risk assessments, audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities. Support investigations by providing technical expertise, system data and footage retrieval where required. Act as a key partner to store teams, IT, Facilities and Global Asset Protection functions, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within asset protection. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH In this role, you will work closely with Store and Area Teams, IT, Facilities, external vendors and the Global Asset Protection organisation. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure security solutions support safe operations, business continuity and an efficient retail environment. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… 2+ years of experience working with physical security systems in a retail, logistics, or corporate environment. Proven experience working with physical security systems in a retail, logistics or corporate environment. Proven experience in implementing LP strategies and using detection tools. Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, EAS, access control systems and intrusion alarms. Experience managing external vendors and service providers, including performance and cost follow‑up. Ability to oversee system installations, upgrades and lifecycle management in line with global standards and local regulations. Experience with documentation, reporting, audits and compliance requirements related to physical security. Ability to support investigations through technical expertise, system data and footage handling. Relevant education in Security, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English and relevant local languages (written/verbal).
