Asset Recovery Specialist Help small businesses recover and keep the equipment they need by driving real outcomes in asset recovery and loss mitigation. Role Details Modality: On-site (Draper, UT; training in Salt Lake City, UT) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT Compensation: $21 – $25 per hour (Hourly) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt About Clicklease Clicklease is transforming how small businesses access the equipment they need to grow. About the Role The Asset Recovery Specialist helps Clicklease minimize losses and improve recovery outcomes by coordinating repossession activities, supporting vendor performance, and resolving account-level issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, working with data, and driving operational results. The Team You’ll join a team focused on asset recovery, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. The team works cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Sales, and Vendor Management to ensure strong recovery performance and compliant processes. What You’ll Do Coordinate repossession and asset recovery activities with third-party vendors Monitor vendor performance against defined service-level expectations Perform skip tracing and asset location using internal tools and data sources Investigate accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues Escalate potential fraud, misrepresentation, or documentation concerns Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across systems What You Have 2+ years of experience in operations, collections, asset recovery, or a related field Experience working with third-party vendors or external partners Experience using CRM or case management systems Experience investigating accounts, transactions, or discrepancies Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a structured environment Experience maintaining accurate documentation in operational systems What Will Make You Stand Out Experience in asset recovery or repossession environments Familiarity with skip tracing tools and techniques What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months Achieve consistent execution of recovery workflows with minimal supervision Meet or exceed recovery and timeliness performance targets Demonstrate accuracy and compliance in documentation and case handling Why Join Clicklease Clicklease is transforming how small businesses access the equipment they need to grow.
