JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include collecting on past due accounts to avoid repossession, offering available options to avoid repossession or redeem the vehicle once seized, producing warrants for seizure on accounts where there is enough equity in the collateral to seize, adding/discharging the PPSA liens for the company, updating customer account information, approving payment arrangement extensions, providing necessary paperwork to the auctions for sale, negotiating redemptions after repossession, communication with the bailiffs for an update on seizure status, daily communications with the auctions, making and receiving phone calls from customers/auctions/ tow yards/ mechanic shops, organizing transports from tow yards to auctions Canada wide, negotiating storage/impound bills in order to take possession of the collateral, completing repo queues daily to ensure accounts are being worked properly and that payment arrangements are kept, using black book to determine vehicle value, sending GPS commands (enables, disables), organizing documents in workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Collection and Customer Service experience.
• Detail oriented, problem solving and able to negotiate effectively.
• Time Management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required.
