ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and other asset management staff to support the design,development and construction phases of projects
• Delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management
• Support timely and effective project delivery
• Scope writing, estimation of project costs and manage budgets

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Willingness and ability to travel across the assigned area of Asset Management of Southern NSW
• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
