Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz gemäß ASiG und ArbSchG (Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von HSE-Strategien, Richtlinien und Programmen) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften im Arbeits- und Umweltschutz Koordination externer Dienstleister bei der Durchführung von Anlagensicherheitsanalysen. Durchführung und Begleitung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Sicherheitsbegehungen und Gefahrstoffbewertungen Entwicklung und Implementierung wirksamer Präventionsmaßnahmen zur Förderung einer gelebten Sicherheitskultur Koordination und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Umwelt- und Gefahrstoffmanagements, einschließlich Pflege des Gefahrstoffverzeichnisses und Erstellung praxisnaher Betriebsanweisungen Koordination von Notfall- und Krisenmanagementmaßnahmen Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, externen Dienstleistern und internen Abteilungen im Genehmigungsrecht Erstellung von HSE-Berichten und Kennzahlen für das Management Qualifications Qualifikationen und Anforderungen Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.
