Responsibilities

As the Asset Strategy Specialist - Downtime and Claim Processes you will be an expert within a central team that focuses on the development of strategies related to design of a high-performance global fleet operating model and implementation of the processes, policies and procedures that bring those strategies into reality to drive operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction coming from the fleet and operational efficiency in operating that fleet.
Your role involves understanding the root causes of downtime, and as part of a combined larger strategy for vehicle management, designing efficient processes for rapid resolution, and ensuring that these processes are both cost-effective and high in quality. You will also be responsible for defining the flow of information and data collection points between customers, local teams, and regional teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and effectively. As part of those processes, you will develop a framework for managing insurance claims, providing guidelines for decision-making, submissions, and other key points in the claims process.
Reporting directly to the Asset Strategy Director, this role is critical to maximizing fleet availability, minimizing operational costs, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.
