Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output Processing of asset transfer requests (Payments / Receipts) from the business Work with authorizers to ensure asset transfer requests are processed in a timely manner Liaise with the various departments to resolve any issues that may affect the timely settlement of the asset transfers Processing of journals Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values Strong investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience of Payments and Settlements Acute awareness of risk, with clear focus on control and timely escalation of risk items to management Providing value-added client service to the business Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - experience of spreadsheets, formulae and pivot tables is advantageous At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
