Good understanding of frontend performance optimizations Demonstrated ability to create/contribute to large complex projects Experience in frontend code refactoring and technical debt resolution Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns and demonstrated ability to enforce them Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Good debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate effectively within a cross-regional team environment.
