BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, asset management, or wealth management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data analytics tools like Morningstar.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with asset management products, financial markets, and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships through active listening and delivering client service to the highest standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate a client centric and outcome focused mindset
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding, and dynamic environment.
  • Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide relevant and timely market and product information and day to day support.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist the sales team in preparing presentations and materials for external use.
  • Maintain and manage product collateral for offerings, particularly the Chinese translations
  • Supports clients through the implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures during client interactions.
  • Organize marketing collateral and manage digital initiatives to support sales activities.
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, track client activities, and monitor pipeline status.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Analyze sales trends, product performance, and client feedback to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and conferences, including handling logistics and post-event follow-ups.
