Family Office seeks distressed asset and debt acquisition specialist. Mandatory: Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in distressed debt and asset analysis, and developed network of receivers, bankruptcy attorneys and non performing loan bank relationships. $200,000-$300,000 base salary commensurate with qualifications, plus participation bonus per transaction. Areas of focus include all real estate, default loans, sub debt, distressed debt, operating entity bankruptcies, exhausted venture capital projects, and liquidations.
