Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:

Serve as the professional first point of contact for the Property Section within the Assets & Infrastructure Team at SCC, delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Ensure all inquiries and issues are managed efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements, while proactively overseeing the progress of work orders. Maintain and update all management systems, including fleet administration, to accurately track and reflect maintenance activities.
This is a permanent full time position based in Rivervale, WA with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the concept of FM software packages.
  • Experience in liaising with contractors and carrying out contract administration functions.
  • Cert IV in Business Administration or similar.
  • Help Desk experience.
  • Trade background / experience
  • Previous experience utilising FM and CRM software packages.
  • Experience working in an aged care or health care environment.
