What We Offer Competitive salary package with staff benefits A supportive, high-performing team culture Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Your Role You’ll provide essential support in managing asset databases, inventory activities, health & safety systems, and quality processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist the Assets/Inventory/HSQ Manager with maintaining customer asset database systems Manage stock movements and inventory activities, including stocktaking, credit returns, and warranty repairs/replacements Support health & safety initiatives, including monthly site safety inspections and scheduled vehicle/plant checks Coordinate facilities management tasks, liaising with suppliers and contractors as needed Perform other ad hoc duties to support business operations What We’re Looking For Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A proactive team player who can also work independently Please note: Pre-employment checks (references, medical, criminal record, and drug & alcohol testing) are part of our recruitment process.
