WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR BUSY ASSETS MANAGEMENT TEAM AS AN ASSETS PROJECT COORDINATOR, AND HELP US DELIVER PLANNED DECARBONISATION WORKS ON OUR HOMES.

You will gather, maintain and develop data on multiple projects to ensure effective project delivery, and be the main point of contact for residents. You will keep them up-to-date on project timescales, book appointments for surveyors and contract managers, and offer support and education throughout.

• Permanent, full time, 35 hours
• £28,648.70 per annum
