PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Assigner is responsible for supporting the Onboarding/Offboarding team with assigning and unassigning ankle bracelets for individuals participating in the GPS monitoring program in Ontario.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using internal systems, processes, and procedures ensure the timely and accurate assignment and unassignement of ankle bracelets to individuals.
• Accuracy is verified by checking serial number, photos, sizing, and documentation.
• Assist with other tasks as required such as processing bail variations, answering questions from potentially multiple Field Technicians at any given time.
• Provide timely reporting to detention centres.
