Position summar To provide an efficient, professional and proactive customer-focusing response to requests for travel/medical assistance, and to co-ordinate all aspects of assistance in a secure cost-effective and thoughtful way in line with company procedures Position Accountabilities • To handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards • To assist clients as necessary by taking actions to provide high level services according to their needs and strive to always exceed their expectations • Document conversations, actions, and correspondence into computer based system to ensure the clients and supervisor are updated accurately and timely on progress. • Fill all necessary case information to relevant form, assist TL to case classify, summarize and file • Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling • Work towards achieving on all Objectives set for department and individual • Work on projects as assigned by team leader and/or Call Center Manager • Back up of other project Required Qualifications • Previous 2-3 years working experiences in a large-scale customer service contact center, in telecommunications, hospitality tourism, aviation or insurance industry is considered desirable • The ability to plan and manage time is essential and adapt to various working pressure • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet), including strong typing ability,and AI tool • Ability to handle diverse people, Should analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and typing skills • Good command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written),Cantonese is preferre [please translate into your local language] 83649 | Customer Services & Claims | Entry Level | Non-Executive | Allianz Partners | Full-Time | Permanent
