Infinitek, a trusted leader in government and technical services staffing, is seeking an experienced Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM) with Quality Control Manager (QCM) responsibilities. This dual-role opportunity supports facilities operations within a high-security healthcare and research environment.
You’ll help lead day-to-day maintenance operations and quality assurance efforts while ensuring critical infrastructure systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Deep understanding of facility systems (MEP, fire protection, communications, security, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DoD medical construction/design standards
  • Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, NIH, and CDC guidelines
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and project management skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working alongside the Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM), you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance projects and daily operations
  • Manage work assignments, schedules, and productivity reporting
  • Support full life cycle of service orders—from planning to close-out
  • Lead contractor engagement, bidding processes, and project scoping
  • Conduct inspections and enforce quality control standards across all workstreams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, site-specific, etc.)
  • Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and brief leadership on progress
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of government and contractor-provided equipment

QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Implementing and managing the site-wide Quality Control Plan
  • Performing inspections and root-cause analyses
  • Documenting outcomes in DMLSS or CMMS systems
  • Producing monthly reports and updating SOPs accordingly
