Hays Recruitment is currently hiring for an Assistant Production Manager based in the South East of Kent. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.

Shift Details:

  • Schedule: 4 days per week (40 hours total)

  • Hours: 4:45 PM - 3:45 AM

  • Alternate Saturdays required

  • Pay: £16.22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Manager with daily operations, including transport coordination, inventory management, and quality control
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage and train production staff
  • Prepare and maintain production reports
  • Oversee and improve production processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
