  • Assistance Service Engineer

Job Description (Role and responsibilities)

  • Installation of FUJI SMT machine
  • Provide after sales technical support.
  • On site support or repair. (Schedule as well as Ad hoc)
  • Can work flexibly, can accept the need to work overtime, weekends and public holidays depending on business needs.
  • Willing to travel to S.E.A region (Mostly to Jakarta and Batam) to provide timely support for our customers
  • Provide technical and application support to customer, including product training,
  • Required to solve customer’s problem, handle customer’s queries, conduct application demonstration to customers and generate reports.
  • Keep up to date of all the products knowledge and status.
  • Solve technical and application problems.
  • Required strong communication skills to handle customer matters & request in a professional way
  • Report Writing - Written technical reports to management.

Position Qualifications

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
  • With / Without Experiences
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
