  • Communicative level of English (B2)

  • An advantage would be knowledge of another foreign language, prior experience with phone communication, or education in a healthcare-related field
Responsibilities
  • Processing documents and phone calls related to travel insurance claims and entering them into the database
  • Claims handling in the area of travel insurance
  • Communication with insured clients and service providers (both written and verbal)
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. processing incoming correspondence and compiling documents)
