To assume full responsibility of diagnosing faults, repairs, replacement of parts and routine services on motor products + workshop co-ordination + dealer network assistance on both motor and marine
· Perform general maintenance / servicing tasks at the highest level of quality and efficiency
· Comply to all pre-set manual requirements on any vehicle/engine
· Technical support on any key events
· Honest and ethical workmanship for customer retention
· Able to operate a computer for diagnostics
· Displays excellent verbal communication skills
· Use of approved techniques obtained from training
· Support function to service manager when required to offer advice to a customer tech at a dealership
