Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow during the shift
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Collaborate with other shift managers to achieve overall business goals
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to maintain order and efficiency during the shift
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
