We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Assisting in the admission exercise of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including arrangement of admission interviews (scheduling, preparation of application documents, etc.), handling student enquiries, liaison with internal administrative units, etc.; Providing clerical support for programme administration and promotion; Providing general support to the daily operations of the School, and its projects and events; Providing counter services and handling enquiries; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics; Relevant experience in tertiary institutions and/or event support preferable; Service-oriented with good communication skills in both Chinese and English; Strong self-motivation with good organizational skills; and Strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time. *Applicants should indicate the results of HKCEE / HKDSE (or equivalent qualifications) in their applications. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
