We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education & Languages: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following: Handling the day-to-day operations of the programmes/courses offered by the School (including answering of enquiries, programme admissions, teaching practicum support, liaison with internal and external parties, updating of webpages); Providing frontline services for students and visitors; Supporting committee work, daily activities and events of the School; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Have attained at least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE (or equivalent), including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably with a recognized bachelor’s degree; 3 years of relevant work experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Effective organization skills, able to attend to details, and capable of multi-tasking; Competency in computer skills (including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese word processing); Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua); A strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and be able to work independently as well as in a team; Previous experience in Graphic Design will be beneficial; and Preference will be given to those with experience in general administration / supporting services in educational settings. *Applicants should indicate the results of HKDSE (or equivalent qualifications) in their applications.
