We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing support for the daily operations of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, including programme operation, student administration and related teaching and learning activities, events and activities organised by the School; Assisting academic staff in managing the academic programmes and students’ academic records; Providing administrative and clerical support to the School, including but not limited to data entry, internal mailing, ordering and maintaining furniture/stationery stock, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office; Handling purchase requisitions and orders, updating records, and preparing reports; Managing an effective filing system and School database; Providing secretarial support for committees and meetings; Assisting with the design of seminar/event posters and managing the social media accounts of the Department of Physiotherapy; Providing customer/counter service and handling enquiries; and Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of School of Nursing and Health Sciences or his/her nominee. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics. A recognised degree is preferred; Strong attention to detail; A team player with strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills; Good working knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop; Preferably two years of relevant administrative experience in tertiary education sector; Good command of English and Chinese (preferably in Putonghua as well); and Good knowledge of computer skills.
