Description:
Rochestown Park Hotel - Douglas, Cork currently seeks an Experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager to join its Senior Management team.
The Assistant Accommodation Manager will work in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager in leading the Accommodation Team in our hotel and ensure that our guests experience a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in both our rooms and public areas:
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 2/3 years’ experience within an Accommodation Department at Supervisory Level.
· Leadership and People Management experience.
· Excellent Standards of Hygiene & Cleanliness
· Excellent Eye for Detail.
· Decision Making and Delegation Skills
· Excellent Organisational & Communication Skills

Responsibilities:
· Monitor quality of work, ensuring the highest standard in all areas..
· Delegate the rooms & specific jobs to all members of the Accommodation team on a daily basis
· Over see & monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Hotel + Conference & Events areas.
· Liaise daily with the on site Maintenance team to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
· Be responsible for the training of all Accommodation team members & documentation of same
