PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

§ Diploma or University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
§ Knowledge of accounting management is essential
§ Overseas experience e.g., in Malaysia, Vitenam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macua or China etc
§ Prior experience working as an Audit Senior or above in Big four audit firms
§ Exposure in a leading role in financial operations of companies in Singapore and Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong Macua or China etc
§ Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially
§ Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams
§ Possess good business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels
§ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
§ Ability to thrive well in a complex and fast paced environment
§ An excellent command of both written and verbal in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential. (Another language as Vietnamese, Thailand, Cantonese… is an advantage)
§ An applicant who has a strong affinity for accomplishing Company’s vision profoundly is essential.
§ Willing to work on Saturday morning
§ A team player and able to work independently.
§ Able to start work immediately or short notice period (within a month)

Responsibilities

§ Formulating long-term financial strategies and establishing yearly objectives for the Group
§ Develop and oversee the entire financial functions
§ Regulate accounting systems to assure compliance and efficiencies
§ Coordinate annual audit process
§ Manage annual budgeting and mid-year financial forecasting
§ Tax compliance
§ Provide value-driven and strategic leadership as a member of the management team
§ Present regular financial reports
§ Lead IPO project
§ Liaison with regulators directly to ensure compliance with listing rules (after IPO) and local laws
§ Relationship maintenance with key financial partners in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau and China etc
§ Overseas travel from time to time
§ Demonstrate a spirit of trust and encourage team building in the work culture
